Spine endoscopy is an alternative technique to microsurgeries for many of disc and spinal canal narrowing problems. Tubular endoscopy or tubular microsurgery is the closest technique to classic microsurgery. Therefore, tubular endoscopy is most appropriate technique for many surgeons who have difficulty in percutaneous endoscopic techniques. In this lecture, tubular endoscopic disc surgery is presented with technical details.
